Easy-to-use interface
The Vaultastic e-discovery interface allows users to search and extract email data without any email client quickly. You can enable this as a self-service option or for admin users who can dig through all user email vaults.
Deep E-discovery
You can filter email data using the sender, recipient, and keywords in the subject and body of the email. You can also filter emails by date range. If you use a particular search query frequently for periodic compliance, you can save the search query for re-use in the future.
Portable Multiformat Exports
You can export or download the search results or an entire vault (individual user mailbox) into a PST file or the far more versatile EML format. The exported data will retain the original inbox and sent items structure.
